We’re incredibly excited to announce our brand-new initiative launching at Crisp Vocational Provision this October – The RESET Project!
RESET is a 6-week intervention programme designed to support students in mainstream schools before they reach the point of being at risk of permanent exclusion. Working in partnership with schools, the programme helps identify and better understand each student’s individual needs, providing the right support at the right time.
Our aim is to help schools maintain high standards while reducing the need for alternative provision, ensuring students are equipped with the skills, confidence, and support they need to successfully remain in – or return to – mainstream education before it’s too late.
A huge amount of hard work has gone into creating this programme, and we’re so proud of what Paolo and Nakita have developed to support both schools and young people.
We can’t wait to welcome our first RESET cohort in October 2026! 🙌

What another fantastic day we had last Thursday celebrating our amazing Year 11 leavers! It was a wonderful day filled with celebration, delicious food and goodbyes.
We are so proud of everything you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of you. Good luck to all of our Year 11s—you’ll be greatly missed!
Remember, you’ll always be part of CVP, so please don’t be strangers. We’d love to see you back to visit us in the future.
Also, just look at the fantastic cheesecakes and chocolate-covered strawberries! 🍓🍰 One of our amazing Year 11 students, KN, very kindly made these for the staff as a thank you. They were absolutely delicious! (Kev certainly loved them!) Thank you, KN, for such a thoughtful gesture. We will miss you, your kindness, and of course, your incredible baking! 💙
Wishing all of our Year 11s every success and happiness in their next adventure! 💙 ... See MoreSee Less
Each form has been given a short story, and the challenge is to recreate it in just one photo.
Students will need to get creative, work together, and think outside the box – the picture could capture a scene, a character, a theme or even a hidden message from the story.
The most creative and well-thought-out photo will be crowned our winner! 🏆
We can’t wait to see what you come up with. Good luck, and most importantly... have fun! 📖💙 ~ Tash ... See MoreSee Less
Our focus today was staff appreciation and celebration. Staff and students were invited to write a positive note to member of staff and just look at how many messages were shared! 💙 It really highlights the positive impact our team has, not only on our students but on each other too.
We then headed to Strelley Hall for a lovely buffet and cake, giving everyone the chance to enjoy great food and spend time together away from the provision.
A real highlight of the day was Kev presenting every member of staff with a personalised plaque in recognition of their contribution towards achieving Independent School status. This was a fantastic milestone for the provision made possible by the dedication, passion and teamwork of every single member of staff.
We finished the day preparing for the next academic year before reflecting on everything we’ve achieved together over the past year.
A huge thank you to our incredible team for everything you’ve done this year. Here’s to another successful year ahead! 🌟 ... See MoreSee Less
This afternoon, we celebrated and said goodbye to the first group of our Year 11 leavers. The afternoon began with our annual CVP BBQ, followed by a special achievement assembly to recognise all they have accomplished during their time at Crisp.
As part of the celebrations, each year 11 student received their own CVP top, which was signed by staff and fellow students as a special keepsake to remember their time with us.
We are incredibly proud of every student for the progress they have made, the achievements they have earned, and the personal growth they have shown throughout their journey at Crisp.
A special congratulations goes to FH, who received the Proprietor’s Stand Out Award, and RM, who was presented with the Outstanding Headteacher Award in recognition of their exceptional achievements and contributions.
We wish all of our Year 11 leavers every success and happiness in the future. Good luck Year 11 – we can’t wait to see what you achieve next! 🌟🎓💙 ... See MoreSee Less
