We offer the BTEC Level 1 Introductory in Hospitality and Tourism and the NCFE Level 1 Award in Health and Nutrition, providing a strong foundation for those interested in the hospitality, catering, or health sectors.
Students learn about food preparation, kitchen safety, and the importance of nutrition in supporting overall wellbeing. Our qualified nutritionist leads engaging, hands-on sessions where students prepare nutritious, delicious meals of their choice—served daily to all students, free of charge and enjoyed by many.
This practical experience not only builds confidence and independence but also enhances CVs and opens doors to further education or employment in the hospitality and catering industry.
Qualification offered: BTEC Level 1 Introductory in Hospitality and Tourism.
