What a half term it has been at CVP🤩
This half term alone:
- Attendance has increased
- Suspensions have reduced significantly
- Year 11 qualifications have been claimed along with final assignments being completed
- Functional Skills exams have been sat
- Our year 11s have been applying for multiple college courses & have clear plans for post 16
- Lots of trips have taken place
- Visitors have been in to run workshops with our students
- We have construction running & mechanics will be starting soon‼️
Alongside everything taking place in Provision, we have also been busy making connections with lots of people & organisations to expand on what we offer to our young people!

We recently learned that along with being fantastic at music, Andy is also an incredible chocolatier🤩
Andy ran some sessions over in the diner to teach our students how to make homemade chocolate🍫
It was lovely to have a member of staff showcase skills and share an interest that our students don’t always get to see!

They took part in some team building exercises along with a visit to the beach🌊
The activities are fantastic for character development but also count towards their The Duke of Edinburgh's Award!
